Yeah , i need to find a way to change that , my sister saw that too . All the FEMALE stuff have been unclickable for a some reason. I promise as soon as a i get a coder i will notify the server about that. Thanks and sorry for that glitch .

People, to buy Female items from the cash shop, you just need to double click the picture then click buy all.
